bigapi provides file-processing operations over an HTTP API and an MCP server. The list of operations and prices at api.bigapi.dev/v1/ops is part of these terms. We may add operations at any time and remove or change an operation with 30 days’ notice on the docs page.
A key is issued without registration. You are responsible for everything done with your keys; keep them secret and revoke them if exposed. You must be a business or a person acting in a commercial or professional capacity (B2B). Keys may be limited to 3 per IP and day.
Prices are in US dollars (one cent per successful operation) as published at the time of the call; failed operations (HTTP 4xx/5xx) are free. Each key receives 100 free operations valid 7 days. Thereafter operations are paid from prepaid credit, topped up from $5. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record, collects the payment and handles applicable sales tax or VAT for your country; Stripe’s terms apply to the purchase itself. Credit does not expire and is not transferable. Refunds of unused credit on request within 14 days of purchase.
You may not use the service to process content you have no right to process, to produce illegal content, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it as-is. We may throttle or suspend keys that violate this or that show abusive patterns, and will tell you why where we can.
Files are processed transiently and deleted after delivery. We claim no rights to your input or output. Our privacy policy applies.
We aim for high availability but offer no guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and, for slight negligence, to the breach of essential contractual duties, capped at the credit you purchased in the preceding 12 months. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health is unaffected.
Either side may end the relationship at any time; you by revoking keys, we with 30 days’ notice or immediately for cause. Remaining credit is refunded on termination by us.
We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email (if we have one) and on this page. German law applies; place of jurisdiction is Hamburg for merchants.
